I have been trying to contact customer service for more than a month. I ordered a Neux Radiance Handset on 12/02/24 and have yet to receive it. When I first sent an email to cancel the order and refund my money the tracking finally started to appear for it - which was 1/15/25. Now it seems like it has been stuck in New York for 2 weeks after it seemed to have cleared customs. Your customer service has been non-existent. At this point, I'm filing a complaint with the ScamPulse.com and am planning to place bad reviews anywhere that I can. I have never had anything take over 2 months to ship to me with no inquiries answered when I asked questions.

Hi, I contacted you last month to cancel my order and refund my money. I got no answer, but all of a sudden, there were updates on my order tracking. Now it is stuck and hasn't moved again in two weeks. It has been two months since I placed my order. I don't understand what is going on. Can I please get a refund for my order??? This is ridiculous.
