The website (senioressential.com) had good SEO for a specific, hard to find item. Once the order was placed, they said it would arrive in 1-2 weeks and it never did. I lost $150. Four attempts to reach customer service via email ([email protected]) went unanswered, no one picked up their customer service line. Finally, a representative over text said they would cancel and refund the order but over a week later nothing happened. It is likely this item (or any items for that matter) were never in inventory, and they are preying off elderly people given that's the demographic for their site.
