This company sells seeds of various trees (flowers, fruits, vegetables etc). I placed an order on 03/03/2025. I received an email on 03/09/2025 saying the items were shipped. Till today the items were never delivered. When I checked the tracking number (https://t.17track.net/en?_kx=EAwgkgqPTsTsTaJunAJsNaCWT1CBJXr1H8VbL__6bBCpBDv8Ht... , it showed the source being CHINA. I was surprised how a seller from CA is shipping agricultural products from China.

I tried reaching to their customer care number (from their website) and no body picked up. I am sure this is a shady company which ships agricultural products illegally to the USA. Kindly take necessary actions on this company and make everyone aware of their business practices.

Thank you.

Best,

Niranjan

Ordered and received confirmation on May 9, 2024. Website lists business address in California, but confirmation email lists business address in Canada. Shipping confirmation shows seeds coming from China. I requested a refund because it was taking too long to receive items. Received an automatic response and nothing further. My credit card account shows charges to SP ANSEED, so I started a dispute. Credit card company said the charge was reversed, but reversed by Walmart. (!?) I looked up SP ANSEED and reached American Seed Company, and the business address for that company is identical to the Seeds Nerds business address in Canada. Something is very fishy about all of this.

On the website the company stated they were out of California and the seeds were from California and they were organic and non-GMO. I received tiny packets of seeds that were not what I ordered, I don't know what these seeds are and most of them are from africa, India and China from what I can Google. It took almost a month for me to receive these tiny packets in the mail and when I tracked them before receiving them they were coming from China.

Their website claims it is located in CA and that the seeds come from a small farm. When I didn’t get my seeds in the time promised, I looked for a tracking number. I called the number listed. The number does not work. I emailed but the response was delayed. It asked me to not dispute the order with PayPal. The seeds were shipped, but they were coming from China. Weeks later they arrived. In the package were seeds in clear baggies with a number, accompanied with a paper with numbers and seed names. The USDA warns against seeds from China. They have not issued a refund to date.
