I placed an order for four types of seeds listed as 'available' (Goumi, Heartnut, Pawpaw and Locust). In return, I received none of the correct seeds at all - they instead sent random seeds that did not match what I ordered (see attached picture - none of the seeds is correct). I let the customer support team know, requested the correct seeds, and they simply said they had a labeling error and sent the correct seeds. I sent several other emails then asking for a refund but they kept saying 'labeling error' and 'sent correct seeds'. Clearly, this is a scam operation. I even let them know I'd be reporting this to ScamPulse.com and Trustpilot, yet no help was offered to make things right. My ask here is to somehow get this operation shut down in the US so they stop targeting people who trust they are actually going to get real seeds.

Ordered pumpkin seeds that never showed up after over a month of getting told its being shipped I received a chinapost tracking number that didnt work and kept getting an email when i ask for a refund that says i cant get a refund on a final sale item.
