Online Retailer Scam

Ordered buy 5, get 5 free coconut coir bricks in March 5, 2025. Delivery promised 7-10 days. Product was not delivered, I contacted company and they gave me a fake tracking number saying the product had shipped from China and was in PA as of March 11. Still did not receive product. Contacted my credit card company and put in a dispute. Product arrived a few days later postmarked CA. Upon opening purchase, the blocks that were advertised as brick size were 1 inch deep by 3" wide. Never got the buy 5, get 5 free, as order was shorted by 2. I paid $65 for 8 tint bricks that were wrapped in plastic food wrap,! I have emailed the company saying I want to return the order and my money refunded with no response. I will dispute this purchase as it is definitely fraudulent and deceiving advertising.

I ordered a mini book Christmas Advent calendar from this company. It was false advertising. What was pictured and how it was described was not what I received. I attempted to reach the company by email eight times and no one ever responded. I also called customer service and was kept on hold while they tried to sell me other items.

This company advertises a specific product, with pictures. The product I received was not th product shown. It was very clearly a cheap scam product. I contacted the company, and they asked for photos, etc. Even with pictures sent, they claim I received the correct product. I continued arguing the matter via email, and they offered me 6, then 9 USD...I was out almost 54 for the fraudulent product. Sadly, I didn't see reviews beforehand to see that other people have also been scammed by this same company. I don't believe anyone else has had any better luck with their "support" team in receiving an actual refund either.
