The scammer was offering me a government grant for a school loan also leaving robotic voicemail messages for healthcare companies and insurance companies for health using area code 423 which matches my phone number another scammer was acting like a law enforcement officer each time I try to call any number back it would just ring or it would go straight to hang up I did register my phone number and the do not call register list online and it still happening two months later it's making me stressed out

It was a fake person trying to be a real person trying to make me feel like they're doing me a favor by telling me that I qualify for a government grant to further my education and I only needed to give them so much money in order to start the government
