I paid this imposter, Michael McCollough, a $2500 deposit to conduct a professional job search for me. He requested $4500 followed by an additional $4500 upon accepting a job. He has been providing very little support and not showing any progress. He was referred to me by a gentleman named Mike Baxter who is probably not legit either. Mike Baxter claims to be retiring from a firm in Las Vegas called Monarch Search Group. It all appears to be a big scam. I will report it to the FBI and local authorities to attempt to recover my deposit. I will also report it the Better Business Bureau and the bank.

Search-professionals.com appears to be a scam run by Michael McCollough. I paid a $2500 deposit to start job search services. He wanted $4500 plus another $4500 once a job was accepted. He is very unresponsive and doesn’t provide timely responses to emails. I’m going to seek Legal help to see if I can get my deposit retuned. I will also report this to the authorities.

Michael McCullough signed a legally binding contract via docusign. Michael promised resume and LinkedIn review. He also promised executive recruiting services. Michael wanted $6000 for services. I paid $3000 thus far and started to realize it was a scam. I asked for a $2700 refund less a $300 admin fee per the contract and so far Michael has refused to pay the refund.

According to BBB, the same phone number and contact name were used under other business names also with "F" ratings.
