I prepaid for 6 full sessions with Sculpt Body Labs LLC. I went to three sessions. During two of the sessions the technician neglected to do multiple prepaid treatments within the full treatments that I purchased. I also asked that the sauna treatments be removed after the first session. The technicians cancelled and rescheduled on me multiple times delaying my treatment. which wa supposed to be every 1-2 weeks maximum. I was told because of all of this that I would have two full sessions added to my account. I had 5 total unused sessions left on my account, the equivalent of $1,500 worth. The business suddenly closed permanently and via text to customers have promised in writing to refund the amount owed for unused sessions but have become unreachable by phone, email or text. This company only opened legally in the state of Oregon on 09/05/24 according to the state business registry. I believe the owner to be a scam artist who has taken my money and the money of other customers and had no intention of ever rendering services. Further online search of the person listed as the owner of Sculpt Body Labs LLC is Nisha Ramakrishnan and it looks like they have had multiple businesses and financial investigations including a similar business outside of Seattle called Seattle Cryo Wellness with the same exact issues noted in the Google reviews of money being taken but services never being given.
