Saw this advertised scoopurr kitty litter box on Facebook. I placed my order on April 9, 2025. I received a confirmation email about my order. My bank account was charged $199 on April 9th for the purchase. Today is May 8, 2025 and I haven’t received my product. I tried to go to their website and it’s not there anymore. I sent an email to [email protected] since it said if I have any questions about my order to do so. I haven’t received an answer. I want my $199.00 back.

I responded to an ad for automatic litter boxes on Facebook. Placed an order on April 2, 2025, received a confirmation email, then heard nothing further. I've sent three messages, two of them through the website's contact form, and one responding to the confirmation email. No response to anything. My bank account was charged $343.00.

Product was advertised on Facebook, I went to web address Scoopurr.com to place an order. I received a text back from 1(833)2717467 with order number. I placed the order on April 9th, I have not received product and I have emailed to the contact information on the order conformation link sent to me with no response. I feel this is a scammer and I have lost my money. I want to try to warn as many as possible. I did post a Facebook message showing this as well to public so as many people as possible will see it.
