On April 25th 2025, I purchased 2 Litter boxes from Scoopurr from a Facebook ad. The total amount charged to my credit card $119.00. The only contact information i have for supposed vendor was [email protected]. No response has been received after 3 attempts to contact website.

Ordered the Scoopurr automatic litter box on April 4th. Vendors website was taken down, and the email used to communicate does not respond. Currently trying to dispute the charge with my bank but want to warn others! I figured since they used ShopPay that they were legit but I was wrong.

I made a purchase with scoopurr for 2 products on April 2nd 2025. I never received them nor any information on the products once they received my payment and order. They gave me confirmation of my order with order number. I have emailed both contact emails multiple times.and no reponse. The products were $343.00 . I seen the ad on facebook. I would just like to warn other people about the scam this company is running.
