I ordered two mens coats from the website um-wear.com on 11-14-2024. I never received the merchandise. I contacted their customer service who said the merchandise had been delivered and they sent me a photo of a tiny box outside a house that is not mine. The two coats I ordered would have never fit in this box. They gave me options of a gift card for 150% of what I spent, a refund or to receive the merchandise and a 20% refund. I wanted these coats for Christmas gifts and said I wanted the merchandise and the 20% refund. I never received either. In December they sent me an email that my order had been cancelled, and they would send me a refund. I've never received a refund and have contacted them weekly. The first message was they would check with accounting and their last message was the website was down. No merchandise and no refund and I don't know where to turn. i'm over retirement age and this is allot of money for me to lose.
