The inspection has been perfdormed on 09/03/2024. Unfortunately, about 70% inspection point was not done due to battery down. However, dealer offered assistance to jump start vehicle to complete test. Inspector did not proceed with inspection and instead listed approx 70% inspection point as not available. Also report contains picture that do not belong to this car. I contacted inspection company to pointed it out. Unfortunately, company rep refused to listen to my complaints. Additionally, below is the feedback from the dealer:
"The inspector came introduced him self and the car he’s here to inspect, gave him the key show him the location of the car and told to reach out to me if he needs any help. After 10 min I walked out to him, and asked him if he’s ready to test drive the car so I can a dealer plate on it. He said the battery is dead, I offered to jump it so he can drive it, he made the statement mentioned earlier. We have a little chat about the car, and asked me if I drove the car, I replied yes and it drove good when I did.
About the windshield seal, I attached a picture I just took this morning, and I have no idea what he was talking about!!!!"
