I was trying to call MSC customer service and clicked on a google ad by mistake- the operator had my name and cruise confirmation but the wrong email, he told me that there was a price adjustment to my cruise and refund me the cruise amount and then rebook and charge a new lower amount. When I got an email from him it said both carnival cruise and msc cruise and then I knew it was a scam. I had already given them my credit card at this point and I approved the charge. I am now disputing it.
