Type of a scam Debt Collections

1st the person named Jeff called the office and asked for a Ketrina stating he was calling on behalf of a past due invoice & he worked in the pre legal department as an officer, he has a foreign accent. The staff took a message, Jeff asked for a fax #, a website address, an email address, other phone numbers to reach Ketrina which they did not give out. Once Ketrina had a moment she called the number provided & a Jeff answered not using a business name, said he would look up the account. Then proceeded to state that he sent an email & a fax. The email was found under the spam status, Jeff proceeded to state that an agreement was made for the 1st year & it was paid but the 2nd years has not been & it is due. Ketrina told him that we have never signed up for anything marketing, that if he provided a signed legal agreement then she would address it with her business lawyer. Jeff then stated that he had an account # ending in 3022 & a routing number but Ketrina shut him down stating that she does not have any of those accounts. Then Jeff stated it was a verbal agreement & it will deduct out of the account on the 26 2023 if she did pay now or it will go to collections. Ketrina stated you provide me with a signed contract by the owner, which is not her, and she would have the company's business lawyer look it over & contact him. Jeff proceeded to yell over Ketrina so she stated that the call was being recorded through their software, that he is to not call the company again nor email or fax. That he is a scammer & she would take legal action. Jeff immediately hung up! See the attached fax & email sent. After google mapping the address it shows a building for lease in Ft Lauderdale, Florida. After googling the company's name on the documents nothing comes up but the normal capital one credit card.
