I placed and order on 8/10/25 for a pair of Birkenstocks and soon after received a tracking number for my order. I immediately noticed the tracking number was not active but I gave it another day or two before emailing them to confirm status. After not hearing back I tried again to contact them through the website under "contact us" but again no response. After a total of 16 days I have no disputed the claim through affirm and have stopped further payments from being made. Thank goodness I was lazy and did not pay in full using my CC.

I purchased two pairs of Birkenstock and never received them. When I reached out via email they said the package must have gotten lost, so they would send me a new shipment, which I also never received. I followed up 3 more times and they just stopped responding. I requested a refund and nothing.
