Ordered in June 2023 - never received item. The guy keeps saying he is having mental health issues and he'll get to it. He even said he has already made everything, but just haven't shipped it yet. He keeps posting new videos with new items he adds to his site even though everyone is waiting. Someone needs to find this guy.

Purchased a satoriscope in November 2022 when the website was still on square space. Before Blaine switched over to the “new” site setting NFT’s on discord and you get the satoriscope with the purchase of the NFT (whatever that means). Order said it would take 3-5 weeks. After 5 weeks I get email stating they are running behind but rest assured he is working hard. I email 6 weeks later in Feb 2023 inquiring about the order. Again I’m assured they are very busy just need more time to make my great product. End of March 2023 I email customer support again. This time I get failed to send, customer support no longer valid. That’s when I found the new website on .io instead of squarspace and the whole new NFT Discord BS. And he is promoting a “exclusive drop”. How can you be working on a drop when you have orders from 5 months ago unfilled? I email the new customer support at gmail. And request a refund. I’m told they don’t do refunds as the website states. I argues the website also said it would be 5 weeks not 5 months. No more replies. I track the hipster trippy raver on over at IG. Message him and get a response that he does not give refunds. This dude is basically running a scam to get payment, then just keeps dragging buyers along until it’s out of the window of the credit card company to issue any refund. STAY AWAY from Blaine Schroder and Satoriscopes. Wish I would have found these reviews last fall before my “purchase”. His satoriscope patent is based out of Linden UT. You can find his details. And pursue your own action. File with FTC and BBB.

I made the purchase many months ago on an item that showed in stock. I heard nothing from them in the time they suggested it would take before shipping so I sent several emails to the account listed on the website and received no response.
It took a full month after the purchase before receiving the first email from a different (Gmail) account. The email seemed general and was sent to me via BCC which tells me it was mass sent. I responded to that new address and received a polite we are behind, please be patient. Another email sent BCC with more excuses, I responded to that one, more requests for patience. And the circle continues.
If you request a refund, they will deny it stating the website terms. What makes no sense is in this case the items showed in stock and now they indicate they are missing parts, backordered, behind etc. This is either fraud or a very incompetent business. Either way, I would avoid them all together.

Ordered a custom satoriscope via the website for $557.86 on 2/9/22. Almost a year later and nothing. I have emailed, messaged on FB and instagram multiple times - initially asking for an order update and what the ETA would be - very few and far between responses saying they were backed up (blah blah blah - same as everyone else who has reported them). I was patient and kind about it at first but finally had had enough of the runaround and demanded my money back. Just got another response saying "we're sorry it's late. we're behind..." same old response and no acknowledgment of my refund request.

Same as everyone else. Order placed in October 2021. Replied a few times that it will be done, but it's been 14 months and nothing. He keeps making excuses. His initial time line was 8-12 weeks. He claims not to fight charge backs but he will not issue a refund himself. He knows credit cards will not charge back after certain time limits.

I ordered my almost $400.00 Kaleidoscope from Satoriscope on Oct. 16, 2021 and still have received nothing. I've Messaged on all platforms and sent several emails just asking for some kind of update and haven't heard a single thing. At first I felt bad because he was dealing with personal and money issues but then saw him all over social media attending expensive raves. It has been well over a year and I can't do anything about my order. I am not a rich person and had saved up for so long to get this really cool piece of art and was completely ripped off. The fact that he is still taking orders when he can't even complete the ones that are so old is not right. I don't like to harass people but he's seriously taking advantage of everyone that pays him for a product.

It's been a year since ordering from this guy, he has said in the past he's catching up on orders due to so many coming in and that he wouldn't take orders for a while well check on his website again and he's taking orders again with different products and prices. We contacted him a few times and said there is no refund and that the order will be made. Each time he said it typically only takes up to 8-12 weeks. Well it's been a year and we haven't heard from him.

Same thing. Its been well over a year since I ordered and haven't received any updates on my order. And he won't answer any emails or messages.

I placed an order back on June 25, 2021 for a custom made kaleidoscope for $410.00 dollars using my credit card with a promise to have it completed in August 2021. Due to Covid I was given the run around that he was backed up due to supplies and I stayed in constant communication and he always had a sobbing excuse. So I gave him the benefit of the doubt that he would be a man of his word and deliver what was supposed to be a surprise birthday gift for my wife and instead would receive it by Christmas. Again his promise did not come through. My wife even reached out to him giving him another chance to deliver the product and still nothing over six months had past and by the time I called my credit card provider there was nothing they could do - to much time had past by and they were not able to accept the claim and refund the money.
