Buyer beware!!!

This company Vevor/Sanven is the worst. Bought a manual filler from them, cost was $145-99 no invoice, no order number, they sent me a defective machine. Customer service is non existent, they're really good at giving you the run around! After talking, emailing and texting (never the same person) over a 2 week period they offered to refund me $55 and to get it fixed elsewhere.
I want my money back!

I bought a 3 panel room divider that was
102” x 70”. The one I received was 90”x70”.most of the time when you Val you get a recording saying the mail box is full. But a few times I got a person which gave me a phone # to text pictures of what is wrong. Every message sent to this phone number is declined and the text wont go through. If you call it says the number is disconnected. I’ve been given 2 phone numbers and 2 emails that don’t work. This seems to be a scam company

Document scanner product I bought is counterfeit knockoff. Shipped from shipping facility with no person company listed to ship back to. Package came with no manual and product had no Brand labels. Comes with the program/ application on a flash drive, and my system detected a Trojan malware virus. Huge SCAM! Lost $120

I purchased a Vevor ice machine from sanven corp which stopped working. Andrea (supervisor) and Alani (CSR) of Sanven/Vevor in Rancho Cucamonga CA contacted their company headquarters in China and arranged for a new ice machine to be sent to our business, free of charge as long as we paid for the $260 freight cost. The company PayPal invoiced us 5/11 and we payed upon receipt. They said the machine would arrive in a week from a warehouse local to Los Angeles. For the last two weeks I’ve tried to obtain the tracking number, calling, texting and emailing them a dozen times+. They’ve given me the run around and for the last week, have stopped replying. To this date I have no tracking number, no ice machine and have been scammed for $250. Plus I’m out of $1533. Ice machine.
