My family rented a cottage a sandbanks cottages and campground in prince Edward county.

When we arrived we discovered the photos online did not represent the cottage being rented.

There were holes in the floor, a cracked window and an attic filled with tools that our 4 and 7 year old children could get hurt touching.

The cabin was dirty and not sanitary.

When we spoke to the manager about our concerns and requested a refund she kicked us out of the cottage. She sent an email claiming she would refund our money as we did not stay more than 2 hours.

It has been almost a month and the manager simply doesn’t respond to emailsz
