I am writing to report a fraudulent online store that scammed me and potentially many others. On December 25, 2024, I saw an advertisement on Instagram for Samsonite products, claiming a significant discount of up to 80%. I decided to purchase a carry-on bag for approximately $43 USD from their website.
After placing my order, I received a confirmation email and a tracking number for the package. However, after waiting for over 35 days, I checked the package status, and it stated that the package had been delivered. Despite this, I never received the package.
I contacted the company through the following email addresses provided on their website:

Unfortunately, I received no assistance, and they claimed that it was not their responsibility to ensure delivery. At this point, I realized I had fallen victim to an online scam.
I request that you take action against this fraudulent business and block access to their websites in the United States. The websites involved are:

www.fashionwiseshop.com
Please investigate these sites as they continue to mislead consumers with their deceptive claims. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and hope for a swift resolution.
