equi-stockinc.com is scam company registered to an address in Reykjavik, Iceland with all contact information redacted or removed for "privacy" ... what company does that ?

Talked with a guy "named" Caleb - phone number 352-448-6367 - who indicated "paper work" was to be started Monday for purchase of tractor (and numerous attachments) that are worth probably 50-60 thousand dollars (they are "selling" it for $24,200)
