In November 2023, my family member initiated a transaction with Cali's Finest Golf Carts, LLC, purchasing a golf cart for transportation within a gated community. Jesse Miller was the main point of contact during this transaction. The product was promised to my family member with a delivery date set for November 2023. However, since the promised date, we have faced continuous delays due to various reasons provided by Jesse Miller, including citing COVID, distributor issues, family emergencies, and more. Additionally, we discovered an attempt by Jesse Miller and the company to place an order for two golf carts without prior authorization, when only one golf cart was intended for purchase. Fortunately, our bank alerted us in time to prevent the unauthorized transaction. The ongoing delays, unauthorized order attempts, and lack of transparency in communication have led to a loss of trust in Cali's Finest Golf Cart, LLC and Jesse Miller. We have engaged in several calls to address these issues, but the situation has not been resolved satisfactorily. Moreover, we are deeply concerned about potential fraudulent activities involving credit reporting and bank accounts associated with Jesse Miller and her company. We believe these actions are not only unprofessional but also raise serious ethical concerns. As a result of these experiences, we have decided not to continue any business dealings with this business or Jesse Miller. We strongly advise caution to others considering transactions with this company and its associated entity, EVolution.
