I supposed to had purchased a car from Stefan at auto expo so he ran my name for the corvette exact before I purchased the car he told me to send him a 1000 dollars to hold the car so he can take it off the market so I sent it to him !So when I got my 5000 and called him to come pick the car up he’s stating I’m a have to resubmit another application and asked me how much I have I said I have 7000 on me so he stated the car is more than 7000 but I can give it to you for 7000 .I said when you ran my info you said I can put down 5000 down that was the whole agreement.Then he go to try to put me in cars he will want me to have for the 5000 down.So I told him I want my money back I can just go somewhere else because when they ran my credit my credit was a 575 and I have a repo so I told them I already got denied by the bank that you went through now you want me to resubmit again so they can hard pull my credit and deny me again and you already knew I wasn’t going to be able to get the car so why did you take my 1000 and knew I wasn’t going to be able to get the car I want.I asked for him to send my money back he say he can’t do that because they already taken the car off and I put a deposit down .I said when I go on your website your car is still on the market and I don’t have the car or my money I sent. He said it’s a policy that they can’t refund my money once they took it off the market because it’s a deprive put down.I stated to him so your not letting me get the car or the money.I asked to speak to his manager or someone over him and the manager got on the phone and stated no we’re not allowed to give your money back once you take the car off the market. I told him I don’t even know how you look the car look all I know I sent a stranger my thousand dollars and I can’t get my money back or the car.You saying it’s taken off the market but I can’t even get the car.He say you waited 35 days and we can’t give you your deposit back it’s non refundable.I told him Stephan never told me that y’all have a non refundable policy if he would have told me I would of never sent the 1000,I would have just waited until I came up on all the money.I work too hard got seven kids to have my money taken like that and I didn’t even get the car . The manager said you can’t get your money back do what you got to do take me to court do whatever but your not getting your thousand dollars back because you put a deposit down for us to hold the car!I feel bad all I wanted was transportation to get back and forth and I done got robbed for my money!
