I ordered 2 Shaking Wooden Man Figurines. The company doesn’t return e-mails. When you try to call them, the robot keeps talking and repeating the same stuff - with the consumer not able to say anything. I called my credit card company and they said they heard it was a scam and that the r3al office was 8n China, not Spokane. I want my $31.97 back

I purchased the advertised propane torch and the money was taken from my account by the next day. I even received an email with confirmation of order and a tracking number. I emailed numerous times to find out about tracking, an update on my order and a refund. While I received an email about them shipping it again, I still have no progress in tracking the package or receiving a refund. I have kept all the emails received and sent to the company.

I ordered a tool that I did not receive. The company kept telling me it was already shipped, but I never got it. I paid through a credit card and they offered to pay me half. But I either wanted a full reimbursement for the tool that I ordered. Neither happened.

Ordered a SakerPlus Twister arm trainer, a piece of workout equipment. Took roughly 1 month to receive tracking information, once tracking information was provided via t.17track.net, delivery only showed delivered to city, state, not actual mailing address. “Customer support” said “it was delivered, kind regards…”

Sakerplus is a scam! I saw their ads in facebook about a small sized blower! Immediately ordered and paid with PayPal on March 6th 2025! On their ad they mentioned 5-7 days delivery but on their order receipt e-mail they mentioned 6-13 days standard delivery! Till today April 7th 2025 , i didn’t receive anything. I reached them out on facebook and they are giving me new reasons every week! I am trying to get my refund through PayPal but its also seems difficult. Im planning to call PayPal because their resolution center is also seems not very helpful! This is a total scam and spread the word against this company. I first thought they are drop shipping from China but now it seems they are actually running a scam!

they were selling products via social media adds. I purchased a product (hot air blower for fireplace). never received product, tracking number was never issued, and they say it was delivered. tried contacting them via email, nothing. no phone support etc. looked up company and noticed that this is a recurring issue from multiple customers. very fishy.

A cat water dispenser was purchased online at SakerPlus. The item stopped functioning properly after a week of receipt. Contact was attempted with the vendor via email twice and via instagram direct message over the course of 5 business days. I had requested an address to return the product to in addition to a full refund.

A response was finally received (via instagram) and they stated the item would need to be returned to manufacturer in China, a cost which I as the purchaser would need to recover and the manufacturer would issue the refund upon receipt of the product. Alternatively they offered a 30% refund if I did not wish to pay for shipping costs.

Per the website “money back guarantee” if the item was inoperable due to manufacturer error, the purchaser should not incur any costs in returning the product.

I saw the ad on Facebook for the upgradedcsmping light on Sakerplus. I placed an order using a credit card. It said 6-13 business days for delivery. After 15 days I sent an email checking my order and received a robo response. They sent me a fke tracking number on 17TRACK. Now it is day 30 and still nothing from Sakerplus!

Targeted Ads on Facebook leads to a website. Purchased the product and it’s not been shipped yet after one week.

Tried to talk to the customer services and it is a bot. No real help attempt been made from the “business”.
