Instagram pop up add… the site looks legitimate and like a normal functioning online business. They sell planters and other home decor. I ordered some planters and bait and switch received extremely poor product made out of flimsy plastic (advertised as ceramic) and a damaged plant stand. Items were VERY poorly packaged. I went to site to try and return and they have you fill out a return form. This form is not fillable! They require an uploaded image of the item and the web page doesn’t allow a picture to be attached so the return form cannot be submitted. I sent multiple emails to them regarding the situation and multiple direct messages on social media. No response in 2 weeks. Now seeing so many similar stories of exact same thing. This is not a legitimate business. Buyer beware!!
