I had back window shatter and I was needing to get it fixed asap. I looked up on Google, window repair for auto. And Safefastautoglass. I called the number and someone picked up quickly I spoke to someone on the phone they quoted me to 398. With a promotion that they give a $300 gift card. I was excited and it seemed legit. They guy told me he would be there in the same day between 10 to 4 and would to where I'm located. The technician Luis Garcia called me saying he was on his way. He arrived, I asked him how do I pay he would accept cash or cash app. I was desperate no ending get the window because I had no window. I said ok. Shortly after calls me saying there's a problem. He told me I was missing a gasket and that normally charges $400 but since he was the manager he said he would leave it at $ 200. I said ok let's do it. I didn't know much again I was needing it fixed. After the job was done the total came out to $850. $398 for the glass, $200 for gasket, $100 for labor, $85 for glue which it was [censored]ty job there was glue sticking out of the glass, and $67 for tax. I was like wth! He gave me a receipt with no company name showed up on white van with no logo. I found it shady and just confused I got home and I felt like I got scammed I called the original number went to voicemail. Now I'm waiting to get $300 dollars back. Which I feel like I'm not getting that. Please if you see safefastautoglass stay away. You will end up paying more then a much more reputable place.

These guys told me that the gasket was missing on my back window of mine 2017 Chevy Silverado, and charged a additional $400 for the new gasket. This is after being quoted 350 for the whole job.
They also told me that I could scam my insurance company by telling them it was the windshield and now the back window and get my money back. They would not take a check or credit card for payment they wanted cash or use a cash app! The vehicle they came in had no company markings on it. The receipt was generic Office Depot receipt, which also had no company name on it. they told me the official receipt would be emailed in the next day at two that was eight days ago, I called them this morning to see where my receipt was and they’re telling me their system is down the same thing they told me a week ago, you are better off, calling him much reputable company like safelite.
The quoted price from them was a savings, but in the end the price was much more than Safelite would have charged.

SCAM ALERT!!!

My car was broken into late Tues early Wed. at my home. My side window was broken. Unfortunately *** *** *** repair couldn't repair until a few days so I called another company, which appeared legit with a website and all. They had the window in stock. Tech arrived in a white van with window. He seemed to know what he was doing as he started disassembling the door liner, and I noticed he pulled something from his pocket. He then tells me that the "window's clips" were broken and it was going to cost me another $300. I was suspicious so told him I'd rather just file through my insurance. He then called "his boss" who was very shady and tried to negotiate with me, which included how I can scam the insurance company to get the money back. The entire situation was very suspicious, so I asked the tech to leave. Over the phone his boss said I needed to pay him $150 for his labor, otherwise, he would have to "take my car." Needless to say, I called the police while he was standing there. He quickly packed up and left. While doing so, he also took my car key and has refused to return it. Not surprising, I had my window fixed yesterday by *** *** * *** and no such clips were needed!

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY - SafeFast Auto Glass (Orlando) 1-888-236-3967. https://www.safefastautoglass.com/

The tech (Luis) called me from his cell at *** Police report has been filed. Note the photo of the "window clips" the tech tried to scam me with.
