Hello,

I am very concerned about this situation.

I have already completed the ID verification process successfully, but I am still receiving messages stating that verification has not been completed. Because of this, my account remains temporarily disabled and I am unable to add a payment method or withdraw my funds.

This has been very frustrating, as I carefully followed all the verification steps provided.

Could you please review my account manually and resolve this issue as soon as possible? I would appreciate clear confirmation of my verification status and assistance in restoring full access to my account so I can withdraw my earnings.
