I was told I won a white Mercedes and 3.8 million dollars all I had to do was go to Walmart and send a money gram to Rufus Powell for $385.00, he even asked how long it would take me to go to Walmart because he had to stay on the phone with me so he could send me the information (Gov't notary stamp of approval fee), I wanted it all sent in writing to my home address, which I did not give nor did he have, he called my cell when I asked how he got my number he said I was randomly selected (he had an India accent) when I told him never to call my number again he got irate with me and I went off on him telling him I knew what he was doing and this was a scam and I wasn't sending him $385.00 he said that would cover the taxes on the 3.8 million I won, I told him I wasn't stupid and that was too low for taxes and I was turning him in to the ScamPulse.com and KPLCTV, Sherriff Dept, Police, he called me a F ing B word, I said a few things and hung up.
