I purchased this door and should have known that when I only paid £535 including delivery for an electric roller door, that the quality would be extremely bad after getting quotes for around £900 - £2000. The doors you could peel back with your hands, the electronics are so simple, fragile, and cheap that they don’t function correctly. The Handyman in my area was wary while installing this for me and warned me about how the main unit materials are fragile and easily buckle. Two days after installation I went to open the door and it literally fell into 3 pieces and would not stop opening. It was scary, load, and I could have cut myself.
I called the support and spoke to a woman called Helen that tried to boast that they sell hundreds every month etc and this never happens and tried to give me the 3rd degree about the door. She then said she would get back to me on Monday as it was late Friday afternoon. Its been 2 weeks and not a word. I have sent multiple emails and have had no response. Be extremely careful people when purchasing a garage door, I felt rushed as I just bought a new house and had a garage with a door and needed one ASAP. Worst decision I have ever made.
