we were looking to buy a red toy poodle. we reached out by the information you put in the website few hours later we got an email from them letting us know about the puppy and asking questions about us, will the puppy be with kids, do we have a vet already, what our ages is, have we owned the breed before. we paid $850 for the puppy and would be coming from Colorado. the next morning the logistics company reached out to us saying the puppy needed insurance to fly and was not provided the proper crate and needed to rent there's. insurance was $1325 and $1300 refundable and $500 for crate also refundable. then they tried to get $2500 more saying it needed usda license and shots. we caught on that it was fraud but of course to late we lost a total of $2675.

If you inquire about a puppy, they pretend to care about the life the puppy will have for about two seconds before they solicit you to have the puppy shipped to you. I live in Colorado and they claimed to be located in Colorado but then immediately wanted to ship the dog to me and they can't spell or use English properly, so this is clearly foreigners operating what could have been a heartbreaking scam.

I found this page on Facebook for toy poodles. I had been in contact with the “breeder” many times and paid for the dog. It was to be shipped to me. The next day the carrier service (hired by the breeder) starts emailing me and telling me I need to pay $1500 for a refundable fee for an air conditioned crate. Once I started getting suspicious I started looking for pet scams on the internet and the exact email with the exact wording popped up. This is a two part scam by the “breeder” and the “carrier”.
