This company provides a resume builder service. I paid for a resume template, received a welcome letter, and a statement of what I purchased. No where in the emails I received does it say anything about a monthly fee being charged for a membership. They are misleading all their customers and charging monthly membership fees.

I believe they are going to refund me but I haven't seen it yet.

I used the build a resume template on approximately March of last year, as part of the “free trial”,. I followed the steps, recommended by the site to cancel any further use of their site and any further charges to my bank acct. I’ve done this several times over this past year. The ResumeNow site continues to charge my bank account each and every month! THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS!!!

When purchasing a one time download of a resume for $1.95, the company charged me $59 for a 12-week subscription package and an extra $1.77 to cover other international fees. After contacting the company multiple times and asking for my money back, they refused and stated I was locked in contractually and they would not refund my money.
