He contacted me via the freelance website www.cryptogrind.com. He received 2 payments in full for his services on July 12th (3GBGYbUiAaggu9EABWhdNn21YvLjbjewxn) and since then has not completed the work or refunded my money, despite repeated attempts to do so.
He goes under the name Danny Donahue (https://www.quora.com/profile/Danny-Donahue-4) and also codeops3305 on workingforbitcoins.com

I urge you to use extreme caution when dealing with this scammer, his modus operandi is to request 50% "good faith deposit" and then absconding with the funds.
