We were contacted via telephone offering to rent two years of our timeshare for $25,000. As we were discussing over the next few days, he said we need to go to our bank and send him info to receive $1100.00 from us to pay for a RFC ID but that we would be reimbursed at closing. He said timing was essential and it needed to be concluded within 72 hours. He said we need the RFC to be legally authorized to receive the profit at closing. He had a gentleman from California call me as a reference.
