On 7/21/26, I placed an order via merchant Pureburg Filters. While the website appeared legitimate, the checkout name on my bank statement showed ‘NO GREY LTD’ which did not match the site name. Since I didn’t receive confirmation of the order I tried to search the order w/ email which was an option on the bottom menu of the site and no order was found. The contact phone number listed on the site was not valid, and the contact email address bounced back. This leads me to believe this is a fraudulent merchant and that I will most likely not receive the item ordered, if I do receive something I am led to believe due to no valid option to contact the merchant that it may be a counterfeit or stolen product. It is unclear at this point however the charge went through immediately.
