I’ve never had such a bad experience with the company but this company takes the cake they are horrible and they’re scammers! There is no phone number to contact this company everything is done through emails and they’re quick to say that the products I’ve been sent out !? It’s been two months and I haven’t received any item

Illegitimate business! Thieves! Liars! They take your money and you get nothing! They don’t give you a tracking number but yet they can tell you that your stuff was delivered on a certain date. Then they say people are reporting delivery problems,wow. Something needs to be done about them.

Yeah I placed an order on 4/18 and never received it. I contacted them through email numerous times it’s always a different excuse. Luckily it was less then $3 that I lost but they are getting rich by taking advantage of people during this pandemic. Something needs to be done about them.Obviously they are not a legitimate business.

Sells cleaning supplies and face masks . Items were never received, doesn’t provide a tracking number. I’ve never received any items they’re just taking people’s money. Try contacting them thru email but only gives short answers never answer phone either. They also claim they’re affiliated with CVS pharmacy

They advertising hand sanitizer and Clorox wipes and other stuff on instagram they said the delivery is fast I've been waiting for more than 3 weeks I emailed them and they said they shipped the merchandise and they didn't even provide a tracking number and i demanded a refund and they said in order to get a refund is returning the merchandise that I supposed received which I never did please investigate this company that is supposed to be supported by Cvs pharmacy.thank you

I ordered products on April 13 for $27 and change. I question the whereabouts several time but got no answer but to keep waiting it was shipped. I request a refund . Was told they only refund for returned merchandise not if you didnt receive it at all.

Bought a product from raakup.com online. They said they shipped it and never got it. I asked for tracking # and when it was delivered. They said there was no tracking and that is why the shipping was free. They also told me it was delivered on April 26th on a Sunday. No it was not. I'am home all day on Sundays and received no package. Luckily it was under $10. This is a scam.

Their sponsored facebook Ad said they sell sanitizers, gloves, chlorox and other stuff. So i ordered my items and they sent me email to confirm and another email for shipment... but then they don’t give tracking number on your items. So today it has been Day 17 and still i haven’t received my items. I paid $26 for my items. I tried to call the number on their website but goes to voicemail due to cutting off hours for their staff blah blah... i emailed them multiple times and i got a response that says they will look into it. Now, i am still waiting for the reply and ofcourse my refund. Do not buy from them!!!

This company is taking advantage of people during this pandemic by running ads on social media (instagram is where I got sucked in) offering products that are in high demand during this pandemic ie. face masks, hand sanitizer, disposable gloves, and disinfecting wipes for sale. You place your order and it's not until AFTER you give your card info that you are tole that your package is being shipped WITHOUT tracking info. Well they got me for $24.82 and I am not happy. I tried to get in touch with them on instagram, by phone and via email to no avail to let them know that I have still not received my items.
