Total Scam!

I ordered four black outdoor camping chairs with side tables in April. I received a confirmation with tracking number immediately. In May, I still not had received the chairs so I emailed. I received a response back and they provided me with the tracking number. A week later, I emailed again requesting a refund. I did receive a package in the mail in late May from China. It was a Merry Christmas business card. I have emailed the “company” several times. I finally received an email this morning (End of July) stating that the tracking number showed delivered and to check my mailbox. First of all, you can’t shove four chairs into a mailbox. I emailed them of pictures of what I purchased versus what I received in May from China. They have not refunded me. I got in touch with my bank today and they have already issued me a refund. Beware! Do not purchase from QVC on Facebook! It looks like I’m the 19th complaint in here about this “company.” :(
