My experience was when I thought I had bought a necklace from Tiffany & Co. on a big sale with over a 75% discount they advertised on Instagram. The pricey was too good to be true but I didn't mind thinking it was a scam I clicked and made an order right after I made the other I started to think about why it was so cheap I started to research the company and found out that it was a fake account. I was so disappointed and I felt like an [censored] for not double-checking the information. I contacted my bank and canceled my debit card. I informed my bank about the fraudulent transaction. I reported the fraud to the website and the company but I haven't got a response. The scammers are trying to get their money but I ignore them.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

There was a clickable advertisement that popped up saying Black Friday sales at Kay Jewelry! Look now! I searched, added the necklace I wanted to purchase, put in all of my mailing, email, debit card info, etc and today received some random cheap piece of jewelry thrown into a bubble wrap envelope with zero receipts or information. I had to search and search to figure out that it was this order I had placed for my mom’s Christmas gift. I went back to the site and my daughter noticed that url was this www.quirkandpoise.com and not the www.kay.com. I went back to the site to reach out with my concerns and nothing on this website is clickable. There was a contact us email via this email address [email protected]. When I attempted to put this email into the ScamPulse.com I got an error response stating this is not a valid email address. Now I have lost about $67, all of my info is now on this random site with whomever is behind it and no Christmas gift for my mom.
