I lost a total of $56.00. I reached out and got an email from Bella stalling stating my package was delivered and it wasn’t I have cameras. There was a back and forth and the last email was from Kevin wanting to refund only 40%. I was given a tracking number and emailed by Bella then Kevin. We are sorry to hear that you haven’t received the parcel.
We did deliver it according to the correct address provided by you.
Our company have also suffered from heavy losses in the product.
But we can also understand as a customer you have spent the money did not receive the parcel of feelings.
As for this situation, may we suggest a 40% refund?
