Initially over the phone I tried to start making $20.00 payments based on my income, the representative contested that the amount stated after she asked wasn’t enough. I then inquired what this bill was regarding and she only said “a bill”. She then accepted the $20.00 arrangement and said something will be in the mail and quickly hung up. Today-06/04/2021 I called to try and set up automatic payment, the representative then heard my girlfriend speaking to me and started responding to her. Not once asking my permission to speak with her or if I allow her to speak on my behalf. She was rude and aggressive, trying to speak over her. I asked to speak with a supervisor and she openly said they don’t have one. Then after not accepting payment again, and denying to set up automatic payments then said “when you don’t have someone behind you then you can call back”. Hanging up, yet again. I called back asking to speak to a different representative, they were refusing saying that it was the only one, that there are no other representatives to speak with and that supervisors don’t take these calls nor handle this business. My girlfriend then asked “if there isn’t another representative, you can’t take payment, then what are you answering the calls for?” She quickly said well I am just a receptionist and I have other calls coming in. Yet again not asking if I allow her to speak on my half, followed by a prompt hang up. Along with further looking at the letter sent it has no information on what the bill is regarding, just “Your Creditors”. After the two calls I tried to find the place on their website to file a complaint, even with searching there was no where to file a complaint. I have no problem settling debts, if they are real.
