This company running under the name QUEBEC-ELEGANCE, TOOK OUT MONEY FROM CREDIT CARD EVEN BEFORE I COMPLETED PURCHASE; (I don’t know where they got my card number and id. it would not redress the situation within seconds, when a purchase was mistakenly clicked twice; it would not provide me a valid phone number to immediately cancel the order; it forced me to accept merchandise; when it arrived, it was BELOW PAR, and not meet the standard shown on their marketing. Since placing the order, they are jamming my e-mail address with constant e-mails to delay return and refund me my money.

Thry are NOT a Canadian company. They are another company from China with a different name but same low quality merchandise.
