I bought a pair of glasses through their online site and expected polarized lenses. When I finally had gone through the previous purchases I pulled it out and realized they were not at all what I paid for!!! I’m stuck and out of luck and I purchased these years ago but I literally have no polarization in these lenses… I feel ripped off and I took the company’s word for it and figured I’d get what I ordered. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on their products and I feel they are crooks and have horrible customer service. I’m not asking for a refund but if they’d take this back and just see it isn’t what I paid for and honor their mistake that would be awesome even if it was in a 20 discount for another pair.. I mean try!!! Your a big huge large business stealing from consumers to make a buck!
