I placed an order with this company in January and was sent a tracking number. They showed the package delivered and I contacted them to say it was not delivered and then they said it was lost but they would resend it. The second shipment was also lost per their customer service team so I asked for a complete refund and they would not give me a complete refund. They wanted to negotiate. After several months and my oversight, I did not file a dispute with a credit card company before the time ran out. I have continued to email this company and they continue to respond to me with a template email telling me how a refund process works. I continue to tell them I am not interested in how it works and the bank takes four months to process a refund. Bad decision on my part, but I learned a lesson. This company should be shut down.
