Findings of the Contested Practices
Breach of Information Obligation: The main title of your homepage, "Free QR Code Generator Online," is a fallacious assertion. The essential information regarding the limited nature of the trial (7 days) and the immediate activation of the compulsory subscription is concealed by a deliberately light-coloured asterisk on a light background and without a direct link, burying the actual conditions at the bottom of the page.
Proven Material Prejudice: My client created a dynamic QR code during the trial period and used it for a significant number of print runs for their wedding. At the end of the 7 days, the QR code was deactivated, rendering all printed documents unusable. This direct material prejudice is the immediate consequence of your lack of transparency.
Abuse of Dominance: We note that the compulsory annual subscription fee imposed on us after creation and printing is €11.10/month. If the subscription had been transparently entered into before using the service, the cost would have been €7.98/month. This increase of €3.12/month directly profits from the concealed information and my client's forced dependency.

The website is very deceiving and not clear. No where does it state "FREE TRIAL" it says FREE QR CODE! I am now out $215 cad. Their customer service is awful and refuses to refund any of it.

Shortly after the charge, my account was deactivated, and all my QR codes became non-functional, meaning I had no access to the services I paid for. I contacted support several times. They responded with a refund denial, citing terms and conditions, yet continued to block access to the product.
I am requesting a full refund for services not rendered. I have attached documentation showing the charge and the disabled access.
