I subscribed to a digital service on April 29, 2025, from a company called Convertizing LTD (operating as QR Code Creator at www.qrcodecreator.com) and was charged $202.54. The pricing was misleading, and I believed I was signing up for a quarterly plan around $45.

Shortly after the charge, my account was deactivated, and all my QR codes became non-functional, meaning I had no access to the services I paid for. I contacted support several times. They responded with a refund denial, citing terms and conditions, yet continued to block access to the product.

I am requesting a full refund for services not rendered. I have attached documentation showing the charge and the disabled access.
