False Advertising

This company advertises as providing "free" QR codes. You can make and download a QR code for free. I put it on invitations I ordered costing almost $100. Then a couple of days later they email you saying if you don't pay they will terminate the QR code, rendering the invitations useless. Then when you contact customer service they respond to tell you they will not do anything to help. It is a bait and switch.

QR code creator stole $133 dollars from me after saying that I needed to pay for my QR code. I had had business cards with the original code on it, made that are no longer valid. I have contacted there customer service email/ messaging system multiple times, asking in a very professional manner for them to make this matter right. They have ignored over a dozen attempts for me to reach out for a refund. This business is an absolute scam and is refusing to give me my money back despite not using/having access to their services.

Bait and switch tactics. When signing up for the basic plan, it advertises $11.10/month. However, AFTER processing payment, billed $133.20 FOR A YEAR. Reached out to customer service, 13 days later they say "unable to refund... all purchases are final unless a specific refund policy applies."

They offered free QR codes without letting us know this was temporary and we would need to pay a monthly 39$ to keep it active and we already ordered 1000 postcards with the QR codes and now they are useless without this expensive subscription fee.
