They offered free QR codes without letting us know this was temporary and we would need to pay a monthly 39$ to keep it active and we already ordered 1000 postcards with the QR codes and now they are useless without this expensive subscription fee.

Offering a service with a misleading price tag (listed price is per month but there's no monthly payment, it just charged the 12 months; refuses to issue a refund either pro-rated or at all).
