I spoke with someone named Andrew Clark on singular "app". Everything copy and pasted from the Qmed website and he has a list of questions which can be seen below:
1. How well can you handle prolonged sitting at work?
2. Tell me three of your major attributes.
3. How do you handle a situation when you didn't hear exactly what was said but you understand the general gist?
4. How good can you handle the Company confidential information?
5. How would you be an asset to our organization?
6. Tell me how you organize, plan, and prioritize your work.
7. Do you have a certain area of specialization or do you work on generic projects of many types?
8. Do you hold any certifications?
9. What kind of training do you partake in to continue to improve your skills?
10. What do you think makes a good team?
11. In your past work, have you ever received negative feedback from your boss?
I was told I has to respond within a certain timeframe and that they had to send my questions to the hiring manager or whomever. When I was asking questions the person said to me that I had to respond with "done" or "okay" to ensure that I understood what was being asked. At the end when I was asked for my Full Name, Name of my bank, email address and full residential address. I knew it was scam. I had a feeling it was a scam while interacting with "Andrew" but at the end, I just simply ended the conversation while he was typing and blocked him and deleted the app.
