Absolutely do not book with them. I paid the extra fee to be able to cancel my reservation at any time, and when I tried to cancel with them, they declined. When you chat with them they will talk in circles and tell you someone from their external team will reach out to you, which they won't. When you ask to talk to a supervisor, they put you on hold and never come back on. Their customer service is not located within the USA. Beware!

I use there service to get a cheaper price on hotel. I paid for the room via website. The room was for 108.00 but the fine print said that it was an extra 33.85 dollars in fees owed to the hotel. The small print should have been way bigger and should have been in RED. I would never have paid for the hotel if I had seen the additional fees. This is a scam and I am reporting this business.
