- Norman, OK, USA

I attempted to purchase a puppy from a seller via their website (https://rylankennelshepherd.com). They emailed me from ([email protected]) with purchase information and sent me a text from (719-259-3939) stating they were (Austin Stokes) and located in Colorado Springs, CO. They attempted numerous times to have me send them the $1,000.00 via CashApp in exchange for having the puppy (named Chloe) shipped to me. The sellers' CashApp name is (Juucymaami) and CashApp Tag is (@Juicymaami2).

After numerous texts and a phone call with him, it is clear this is a scam and the puppy does not exist. I was lucky enough not to send them money, but I am sure the next person will not be so lucky. If there is anyway to shut down their site and/or stop them, it would be greatly appreciated.

- San Antonio, TX, USA

The scam was they were bringing me a puppy from Dallas to San Antonio. I bought the dog from Quynh Nquven ( facebook page puppies for sale in san antonio)..I think they were working w/ fly ways relocation, because Mr. Nguven is the one who referred them to me. I never got puppy and they kept asking for $600.00 every day. They said this fee would be refunded at delivery.....When they asked for $600 more, I told them I would eet them to get puppy and they refused. I asked for a refund for days and they wouldnt do that either.

There is a website with an address of www.homeraisednewfoundland.com that purports to raise and sell Newfoundland puppies. The website has photos of Newfoundland puppies available for a purchase price of $800. If interested in purchasing a puppy a contract is sent requiring an upfront payment of $1,000. The additional $200 is for transportation costs. Payment is to be made by electronically through Zelle, Venmo, or Chime. The address of the kennel provided on the contract is 1085 Hunters Ridge Drive Colorado Springs, CO. However, this address is a private residence. The company name provided on the contract is Home Raised Newfoundland Puppies, LLC although this entity does not exist per the Colorado Secretary of State office. The company contact goes by the name of Justin but has not provided a last name, even when asked numerous times. This individual uses an email address of familyraisednewfoundlandpuppie@gmail for communications. While not an absolute red flag email communications received are is somewhat broken English. There is constant push to make a payment.

A dog breeder friend of mine reached out because a "breeder," Graces_Doodles, supposedly in Colorado, was attempting to rehome a mini bernedoodle puppy. The so called "breeder" from this Graces_Doodles said the puppy had been purchased but returned because the new owners were going to have to move to a location that didn't allow dogs. As a result, she was posting about this dog that was free since it had been paid for and returned. My breeder friend messaged them, and eventually, she gave them my daughter's phone number, and my daughter also began messaging them. They said they would fly the dog to her/us in Iowa, and we were going to pay $400 for the flight/handler. My daughter paid the $400 yesterday, 12/10, and the dog was supposed to be flown to Des Moines this morning, 12/11. The dog did not arrive. My daughter contacted them again, they said the dog was coming on a later flight because they were going to deliver another dog on the same trip. Then, my daughter was contacted by the flight nanny (the handler who was supposedly flying with the dog), and they requested $700 for flight insurance. My daughter refused to pay it, again reached out to the "breeder"/seller, and after that, we started thinking it was a scam. She again refused to pay anything else, as that was never part of any plan, and said to refund her or get the dog on the flight. Eventually, they stopped responded to my daughter. No dog. No refund. It was a scam. She lost $400, and it could have been $1100. My friend who is a dog breeder reached out multiple times and got the run around until she also agreed it was a scam. They gave the option to send money via Venmo or Zelle. If we used Venmo, her account was @NKCody (Kayla Cody). Rather than a picture/image with the account, the image that came up with her account was a circle with the words Thank You in it. If we used Zelle, the email associated with it was [email protected]. That email is connected with a business named Brown Beauty Looks LLC. The phone number we were given was 415-322-9316. If I enter that into an internet search, it comes up as Blessings Goldendoodles, but that is an unsecure site and warnings were given after clicking the weblink, so I did not proceed. I do not think they got information from my daughter other than her name, cell phone number, and email address, but she did transfer $400 via Zelle, and she gave them my home address, which is still her permanent address. If we can pursue this claim and you can help us fight it, I'd love that. I actually started filling out the file a claim/dispute option to have the ScamPulse.com help us fight them, but the dog business names didn't come up for the search box, and I don't have an address, so I opted to fill out this scam tracker form instead. I would absolutely like to shut them down and prevent them from scamming anyone else, and I would love it if they would refund my daughter's $400. She just wanted to give a puppy a good home, and instead, she was shown how disgusting humans can be. In retrospect, I now think the Instagram account is completely fake - with stolen puppy pictures, fake reviews, fake posts, and that they get deposits from people and as much other money as they can get. The Brown Beauty Looks LLC company doesn't have an address, and it says it takes payments through credit card and Pay Pal and that there are no returns. The whole thing makes me sick. Please do as much as you can to stop them, and if you can help get my daughter's money back, that would be wonderful, too.

Sent me pics of a puppy we were suppose to go pick up, gave us an address and set up an appointment time. Used PayPal and Zelle to send our money because our bank would not allow all through Zelle. The guy said it was refundable and we sent the deposit after we talked on the phone to the man (Shawn). After sending the deposit, he kept pressuring us to send more and said he could not hold the puppy unless we paid the rest, even though we had an agreement to give the rest in cash in 2 days, when we were suppose to pick up the puppy. He then said we could get our deposit back if we weren’t wanting to pay the rest, since someone else wanted to bug him. We told him we wanted a refund and now he has refused and told me to go ahead and file a police report.

The scammer sold me a puppy and told me they lived at 1483 Laurel Av in St Paul and their name was Laurel Kelly. But no Laurel Kelly lives at that address.

I contacted https://familycavaliers.wixsite.com/home in search of a King Charles Cavalier puppy. This website is offering registered dogs for sale at a reduced cost compared to "market value" in the nearby state. "Edward Steven" responded to my inquiry with the email address provided. He stated they were a family with dogs and did not want to sell for profit. He informed me they can deliver the dog for an additional fee and pick up on Sunday only. Once a puppy was selected, I offered to pay a down payment. He sent me bank name, acct number and routing info for their bank. "Edward" stated he is located in Conway County, Arkansas however all of the bank information goes to a bank located in New York, NY. As sending money to someone whom I have never met for a dog in Arkansas to a bank in New York, was concerning, I requested a photo ID and/or the AKC ID and/or breeder ID information. Subsequently, "Edward" turned the deal down and stated he would not provide any of this information as I was untrusting of him. At best, there are too many red flags for this website to continue to operate as they are attempting to scam people out of deposits on reduced cost Cavalier puppies and never actually provide any ID or proof legitimacy.

We purchased the dog off their website via cashapp after processing they attempted to tell us that 750 more would be required for travel pet insurance and that cash money would be delivered with the dog. They have phone numbers emails and now also our address. And we're very rude when asking question about more money after we have already paid 950 for the dog and shipment

Was trying to purchase a dog paid them money then they wanted more money to ship the dog that's when I new it was a scam but already paid 950

We have been communicating with a dachsund breeder in Georgia through Facebook and email about adopting a puppy; a litter recently has become available and we are very concerned that this could be a scam that should be looked into; they have not provided any phone information and seem to be avoiding requests to meet the puppies in person, they are also asking for blind deposits of $500 via Venmo to ‘reserve’ a puppy in a lottery style process, but they are not requesting applications which seems strange. Their Facebook page is - https://www.facebook.com/brandenburgbeenies?mibextid=LQQJ4d

I agreed to by a puppy from them. They said $600 plus $200 for shipping. I signed a purchase agreement that stated "If the sale doesn't go through for whatever reason they would refund 90% of the $800. Their claimed business partner "Animal Pet Relocation" [email protected] decided to withhold the puppy until we paid $1500 more dollars. They requested the money paid through ZELLE. at either of the following email addresses: [email protected] or [email protected].

The animal pet relocation company requested the extra $1500 through ZELLE at [email protected]

His name is supposedly Hans Bright.

When I asked for the 90% of my money back per purchase contract they hung up on me blocked my #

"Heather Finney" said they had Siberian Huskies for sale $700, but I had to pay $300 to hold the puppy. Then I had to pay insurance on the puppy which would be refunded back to us 3 days after receiving the puppy. But then I was told I had to pay the balance - the remaining money. We were to meet halfway for the pick up. Until that day came and there was supposedly a family emergency. They said they will deliver our dog instead, only to find out we’re going to have to fly the puppy one state over. We had to pay $800 for a traveling crate which we were told was just to rent and that we would get our money back. We had to pay $90 for a vaccine to fly and then they wanted $2,000 for insurance and $530 for an overnight fee. We told them to pay for the overnight fee and insurance and then never heard a word.

We had a contract, even received a bunch of photos, videos etc. We were the victims of a puppy scam and lost $2750.

Site claiming to be Puppy breeder, only accepting uninsured payment methods, would not include address, business ID etc.

Your basic pet scam. Thankfully I didn't fall for it.

My parents contacted the scammer using the website form to buy a beagle puppy. The transaction was made for $800 through Zelle and the beagle was supposed to be shipped 11/18/22 through fast https://www.fastlineairrelocation.com/ (which is also a scam). When the puppy was supposed to be shipped, they had an issue with shipping that required an additional $650 to be paid before it could be shipped. Luckily, I was able to stop my parents from paying that. The website is also a duplicate of another website https://karlsbeaglepuppies.com/ using same pictures, names, ages, etc.

We spoke/texted/emailed Willie Johnson regarding the purchase of an english puppy. Paid $ after signing contract, then asked for more money upon transport

Yorkie World.com (Anna) advertised beautiful Yorkies for sale on the internet. I selected a pup and she was going to ship the puppy to me. The only contact with her was e-mail or text. NO PHONE ! After several communications, I had a few questions when it came to the payment. She gave me phone #405-454-7778 in Oklahoma and suggested I speak to her husband. When I called, we had a very bad connection. A man answered with a heavy island accent. I asked if he spoke Spanish and he said no. So, I asked where he was from, he answered German. I couldn't understand him and suggested his wife (Anna) call me when she came in from work. She never called me. No return phone calls ever during our communication . I checked with ScamPulse.com and found a previous complaint about them scamming. I was so relieved that I didn't send them money. I continued searching for a pup and found Yorkie World had another website under the same name but had a different phone number 717-539-7096 in Pennsylvania. I hope this information will help others. BEWARE AND ASK QUESTIONS.

There is an ad listed on facebook that she was given away 8 yorkies puppies. I text her and she stated she had four left. She stated that rehoming fee is $200.00 and pictures of the puppies that was available. I could not pay when I text to find out the information about the puppies but we agrred when I get paid today on 11/18/2022 to contact her and she would on a female pup for me. I contact her today, and she stated it is $200 and I could send her $100 for reserving the puppy. I sent her $100 via zelle to [email protected] own by Nicole Devico. Sent the confirmation that I sent the payment. Then Mrs. McCray stated that I need to send $120.00 now for paperwork which was not mentioned in the beginning. I stated to her no I am not sending you anymore money because you were not honest with me. I asked for my money back and she refused to send it back to me. Now she claimed she is legit, but she will not refund my money. She had asked for my zelle history and I stated that I will not send her my zelle history. She continues to stress that I need to send $129 for paperwork and uploaded the paperwork American Kennel. I do think this is a con because if I kept sending her money, I would never receive my puppy that I wanted. I will try to upload the entire conversation that we had. i have tried to upload the pertinent information unable to copy everything but if you want me to come in and discuss this some more I would be happy to speak with you.

I just sent you how the conversation was going and where she states that I have to send $120. Will you be able to help me with this problem? Thank you, ******* ******* ********

I had found the website to adopt a dog for christmas. the website seemed to be legit. after reading testimonies i decided to purchase a dog, which became a complete scam. i already have the bank and police investigating my case. i would like nothing more than the website to be taken down before another innocent person is out at least $1000.

I was looking for a pug puppy. I came across cute puppies near me small breeds on Facebook. I asked about a pup and the seller contacted me right away. The seller said I needed to pay for half the pup now and the rest when the pup was delivered. They told me I had to pay 300 which I did through Zelle. 500 for the transfer of ownership papers. Shortly after I got a tracking number from blue waves logistics saying that I needed to pay 550 for a special crate. Then they needed 625 for a refund document because some of these charges were 95% refundable. My funds would refunded in the form of cash. Then they called said the pup needed to vet checked and needed to have a vaccine 920. That’s when I said I don’t have any more money to give. I’m canceling. I had to pay 190 to cancel and another 220 to change the delivery form.Saturday they told me I needed to 500 for reversal of ownership papers and 241 for feed and care of puppy. I all of these fees except the 920. Today the supervisor using phone number(223)308-9559. Said that the reason why I couldn’t reach the seller and they couldn’t is because the puppy was stolen and I have to pay 8,000.00 so I don’t go to prison.
