I purchased this item to vacuum our mattresses.Due to all of us having allergies when you look at the commercials and such and the reviews that I saw , it looked pretty good for the price. It did a bit the first 2 times, then no suction.

I contacted them and I took a video and sent it to them where you could clearly hear that it didn't have any suction.

I was told they were going to send me a replacement unit.

Now, just recently, they said they will not send a new unit.Because they looked at the specific of that particular vacuum , and it should be in working order.

So I will not be getting a replacement.

I was scammed , and I don't want anyone else to be thinking they're gonna help their health by this unit.

I'm not sure where the company is actually located.I believe it's silver seas because it took quite a long time to get it. They do a lot of advertising.I think it's on facebook and pinterest.
