The dress looked beautiful in the picture. It took 5 weeks to get here and it was totally different from the picture with the most flimsy disgusting material. It looked like a MU MU. It was awful......Amazing they get away with this. They will not refund me and are no longer answering my emails.

Susan Jewelry advertisd going out of business sale, I ordered a ring and when I received it was not the ring in the picture. They have failed to make good in any way. It said 30 day return but they won't do it and they say they will replace it but they never did

I purchased and receive real products, which included the children’s writing workbooks and pens. The photos on the website showed full-size workbooks, but the ones I received are about the size of an index card. The scam was when I began to see monthly charges of $29.99 from their company on my credit card, which they billed as a "subscription". They never mentioned a subscription alongside their product or on their website. I never received confirmation that I was being signed up for one, or that I was being offered any additional services or resources. I scoured their website for a way to contact them, and only found one email address. It was nearly impossible to find the location to cancel the subscription, which did not provide any actual benefit.

I purchased a product from this company. They said it was leather. I received a plastic jacket. When I inquired about a refund which is their website, fully explained and I was within all of the requirements for a full refund. They told me it would take half of a year to get a refund and then they said their company doesn’t know how to do refunds then they said their company can’t process refunds and they are now ignoring me do not buy from them complete rip off junk quality this website should be shut down
