Proactiveworldwide.com Reports & Reviews (1)

- Bloomfield, CT, USA

The scammer sent a postal letter in the mail that was pink. The document stated the following:

Attention: name

Our records indicate that you have not contacted us to activate a vehicle service agreement for your VEHICLE.

Please call: 1-877-351-1210 and have your VIN number available to activate coverage.

You are receiving this notice to ensure no lapse in vehicle protection. As you may be aware, warranty expiration is based on the mileage and age of your vehicle. Call now to activate your coverage.

By neglecting to activate extended vehicle protection, you will be at risk of being financially liable for any and all repairs once your factory warranty expires. However, you still have time left to activate your service contract on your vehicle before it’s too late. No vehicle inspection will be required.

This may be our only attempt to contact you about your vehicle service contract!

Summary of terms:

Coverage through 2030

Coverage explanation - Platinum option

Call no later than 10/25/24

Not once did this letter state the make and model of my vehicle but instead insisted that I call with my VIN number. No estimate of the amount of the “warranty” was noted and no information about the type of “coverage” was described aside from it being a platinum option which doesn’t sound truthful.
