First, we were quoted $4.25 for 100 cowboy hats. They charged my credit card $677 so they actually charged us $5.52 per hat. Then we received two additional charges totaling over $350 and they allege this is for a shipping charge. They never received approval to charge my credit card again and they had quoted us $25 for shipping. The invoice shows no shipping charge. We did not receive the invoice until weeks after the initial charge despite asking for it repeatedly. We have only received 12 of the 100 hats.
